Return Policy

1)    Prior permission is required for all returns.

2)    IF LOST Tags reserves the right to impose 20% (percent) restocking fee.

3)    Merchandise must be in unmarked resalable condition.  Invoice or receipt information must be included.

4)    All return shipments must be prepaid by customer.

5)    IF LOST Tags stands by its products, but shall not be responsible for products damaged by customer.
